What the Tool Does Today
VoiceAI Free is a browser text-to-speech reader. It uses the Web Speech API and the voices exposed by your browser and operating system. There is no account and no application to install.
Device voice list: The selector shows the real voice name and language code reported by your device.
Private browser mode: This site does not upload or store the text you enter for browser playback.
Speed control: Adjust playback from 0.5× to 2× before starting a reading.
Playback controls: Start, pause, resume, clear, and switch between available voices.
5,000 characters: Each reading accepts up to 5,000 characters so the interface remains responsive.
No fake download: Browser speech does not expose an audio file, so MP3 is not advertised in this mode.
Important Limitations
- Voice availability, naturalness, and language coverage vary by browser, operating system, and installed voice packs.
- Some operating systems may process a voice through their own cloud service even though this website does not receive the text.
- Browser playback does not grant commercial rights. Check the operating-system or voice-provider terms before recording or redistributing output.
- MP3 export requires a separately licensed hosted speech service and is not currently enabled on the public tool.
How We Describe Features
Feature counts are read from the visitor's device instead of being presented as a fixed site-wide number. When a hosted voice option is added, its quota, provider, retention, and license will be disclosed separately.
